PRIVATE PILOT · UPDATED OCTOBER 30, 2026

VANGUARD terms

VANGUARD is a CASVANT GROUP public-source awareness service. The pilot is free. The commercial terms below are prepared for review before paid launch.

Using the pilot

Use your own authorized account and keep your password private. Access to the private pilot is controlled by its owner; sharing a link does not invite someone or grant them access. Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, bypass access controls or interfere with a provider.

What the service provides

VANGUARD organizes public observations, advisories, published reports and your personal notes. Public feeds can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. Source timestamps and coverage limits matter. Aircraft trails show collected observations, and published routes may differ from an actual flight plan. Dated satellite composites and historical night lights are labeled separately from current solar illumination.

VANGUARD does not provide official military warnings, confirmed missile-launch detection, emergency dispatch or guaranteed continuous coverage. Check original sources and official emergency channels when acting on a report. Subscription payment will not change these coverage limits.

Your information

You retain ownership of your notes and other material you enter. You permit the processing needed to operate the features you use, as described in the privacy information. Do not enter classified information, passwords, card details or confidential client material. Personal notes currently stay on the device where they are saved.

Your free private app

This main app stays free for its owner and authorized guests. Sharing a link does not grant private access; the owner must authorize each person. No subscription or payment is created here.

Customer trial and subscriptions

The planned App Store and Google Play prices are US $7.99 per month for Partial monitoring and US $29.99 per month for Full monitoring. Partial allows exactly three selected coverage types and excludes military aircraft movement tracking, including E-4 / E-6 observations. Full includes every connected monitoring category. Both include only the coverage actually connected and described in the app. Full is planned to include public military aircraft, published missile and command reports, local/state law-enforcement reports, public scanner access and civil-unrest reporting. An official missile-launch warning feed is not connected.

Seven-day customer trial

The planned customer trial lasts seven days and requires a payment card at secure checkout. No subscription charge is due during the trial. After the trial ends, the selected plan renews automatically each month at US $7.99 for Partial or US $29.99 for Full, plus applicable tax, until canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The checkout must show the actual trial-end date, price and renewal terms and collect your agreement before enrollment. The planned reminder is three days before the first charge and includes the amount, date and cancellation link. One trial is available per account across both plans.

The current plan screen is a preview: no trial begins, card is collected or payment is taken. Customer checkout and reminder delivery must be connected before launch.

Store subscriptions are not on sale yet. At launch, the store must show the actual local price, taxes, renewal frequency and cancellation terms before a purchase. Manage renewal and refund requests through the store where the subscription was purchased. The private app will remain separate and free.

Changes and support

Features and sources may change as the pilot is tested. Material commercial changes must be disclosed before taking effect. Support requests and replies are available in your support inbox. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
