Cancellation & refunds
This private app is free for its owner and authorized guests. It does not create a subscription or take payments. Store subscriptions are not on sale yet.
Seven-day free trial
The planned customer trial requires a card and lasts seven days. Afterward, the selected monthly price plus applicable tax is charged automatically until cancellation. Cancel before the actual trial-end date shown in your billing account to avoid the first charge. A reminder is planned three days before the trial ends.
Manage or cancel a web subscription through Membership & billing. A store purchase must be managed through that store. Cancellation must show a confirmed end date. A support message, deleting the app or deleting an account does not by itself cancel recurring billing. The current preview cannot create a trial or collect a card.
Future store memberships
Planned monthly pricing is US $7.99 for Partial and US $29.99 for Full. The store checkout must disclose the actual price and renewal terms before purchase. Store memberships will renew until canceled under the applicable store terms.
Cancel through your store
For a future App Store or Google Play subscription, use that store’s subscription-management controls. Removing the app or deleting a CASVANT account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. The store release must include a clear management link and purchase restoration.
Refund requests
Use the refund process for the store where you purchased the subscription. The store’s policy and applicable consumer rights govern the request. A message saved to the VANGUARD support inbox is not a completed refund or cancellation.
Support and account deletion
You can report account or service issues in your support inbox. Include a short explanation and leave out passwords, card numbers and security codes. The private app offers Account → Delete my account. The future store release must explain how deletion and recurring billing are handled before launch.
